New Plants Arriving, Plus Where To Get Root Tabs

hi thanks to everyones advice i have bought some plants from greenline should arrive in a day or to,

how should i plants them? should i cut the roots down or leave them as they are?

also where is a good place to buy root tabs? (UK only or online)

Stem plants won't likely have any roots, just remove the bottom few leaves, bunch 3-4 stems together and push into the gravel. Personally, for rooted plants, I tend to trim a few mm off the bottom of the roots which I believe encourages root growth once re-planted - certainly hasn't done mine any harm!
