New Plants Are They Good?

just bought some argentine sword and peacock fern from my lfs. are they good?
i got 3 argenting sword plants for $3
and 4 peacock fern for $3
are those good prices

they came in little containers and they said aquarium plants. they had 3 differnt sizes. they had grasses and swords and ferns and just bulbs to plant. they came pre packaged in a tube with a specail gel around the roots. on the back it said that the gel was fish safe and non-toxic.

Those plants that are prepackged in those gels inside cylinders are not all native underwater plants. If you read the lable it says for aquariums and terraniums.

Also that peacock fern is not an underwater plant. It grows above water but in very wet areas.
