Hi All,

managed to pick up a Juwel Vision 180 and thought i would have a go at a planted tank. Planning to use TetraPlant Complete as my substrate, but im not sure what type of gravel to add? or should it be sand?

Im thinking of having a moss carpet, making a path through the tank for a bridge. probably having a secret corridoor at one end with dense planting and a beach/cliff type effect at the other... still working this out :)

not sure on my full plant selection yet, so any input would be appreciated. Will i need to add any ferts? or will the substrate contain enough to start with?

Thanks

Wolfie

Your always better off adding ferts when densely planted mate, sounds like a nice idea but make sure not to have too many focal points ;). Look up a list of low tech plants and that should give your vision some colour. :good:
