New Neons - Help Needed, Pregnancy And White Spot

hi i bought 8 small neon tetra today and now they have been in my tank for a day i have noticed something about 2 of them

one of them has a white spot on its side, its small and seems to be raised slghtly, is this white spot or ich (what are both and are they treatable?)

and another one seems to be pregnant!!, it has a really big belly and i can kind of see little thing moving in it

can i cure the white spot and will it spread to the others?
should i do anything to help the other give birth??

you can buy treatment for whitespot, best to isolate it if you can.

tetras lay eggs so not sure what you can see moving

It could be worms or some sort of something, not too sure what they are called. Just an option, maybey the others might give you some more better avice! lol, If you notice their spine going deformed, get advice immediately because is could be neon tetra disease, usually he symptoms for NTD is white blotches on the body
