Hi All,

I am new to the forum.

I live in the UK in Radlett, just north of London.

Many years ago, when I was growing up we had many community tanks, but have had a break from keeping fish for over 25 years.
A few months ago I set up a 4ft/240 litre Mbuna tank. Much has changed over the years.

Anyhow am looking forward to meeting some people and learning a lot.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

As mentioned, a lot has changed in that time frame. Most of what worked back them still works. It's just gotten a little more technical with test kits, fishless cycling and the like now. All in all, it's probably much easier to keep your fish from ever being subjected to high levels of toxins now that back then.
