Some of you may or maynot know that i lost my male clown to a powerhead recently. So today i got the female a new man in her life!

Many have asked if i have doctored my clown photos as they didnt beleive the rich colou rof my original pair. Well here is the phot with the new male and the original female. THe male is the richest colour i could find and its still nowhere near the colou rof the female. Gotta work on him now and try and get his colour as deep. time to introduce him to Cyclopeze! ;)

Oh and last night my female decided to take a host in the sarcophyton for the first time! today she wasnt as keen but the male loves it n ther e and is trying to get her to folow. I think the shock of a new clown has taken her mind off of hosting anything.! When the male died she was very lonely and has taken to folowing the only Anthias i have left (who is chnging into a male now).

i know this is going to sound weird but in the second pic you say she hosted in the sarcophytone, well the strange thing is since my ritteri left 2months ago my percs dint have a home until today when they started hosting my leather finger coral and i had to do a double take to see if it was true and yes they were. just had alook 5 min ago and there no where near it DOH maybe tommorow  also had a look at cyclopeze not very cheap is it but if it turns there colours then i might get some

Good luck! Their color is stunning! Better add Cyclopeze to my list for my next run to the lfs B)

 Very nice pics, Navarre. I have often considered Cyclopeze, good to hear someone's opinion on it...only thing I knew was from magazine advertisements. No biased opinions there, right?
Strange you should mention your clowns taking up in your sarco. I have had a pair of clowns in the same tank for the past 2-3 years, only recently have they shown any signs of interest at all in the cabbage leather.

Cool pics!

My pair don't even look at the leather mushroom :( Then again they are so small they don't know what sex they are yet

I too can vouch for cyclopeze, it brings the colours of the fish up brilliantly, esp. the clowns, mine went from a dull yellow/orange to near what navarre's are like!, and the corals love it too!, i fed it to my freebie polyps and theyve tripled in size in about 5 weeks, and with little new ones growing aswell! :D :D .

also had a look at cyclopeze not very cheap is it but if it turns there colours then i might get some
It might seem a little dear for a little can, but realy its very cheap for how long it will last you, you only need to use a tiny anount, so i can see a can lasting 6 months to a year easily, if not more!

And if you men me then my old Maron used to Host in that very leather! :*) Sadly he is no longer with me  The sarcophton however still goes strong and is a proven host, Today the female is back in and i have alot more photos. I will get em posted tomorrow when iget the chance.

As for Cyclopeze... buy it! its brilliant stuff. Yes its expensive but the tub will last you a year easily. I bought mine in may and i still have over 1/3 of a tin left. It benefits both corals and fish and anyone who has ANthias that wont feed, simply get this stuff, it really does help get em feeding and Anthias are notorious at being difficult to keep due to dietary issues.

i havent tried cyclopeze,,,

but recently one of my clowns has gone a darker shade,,,,these 3 have been together now for around 5 years
