Got my 3 males from DPfishways on tuesday. All arrived safe and well but all appeared sulky...which was probably to be expected.

My white male and red male have since perked up no end and are looking good. But the black orchid i bought spends all its day sitting in the plants motionless with its head pointing towards the surface. He feeds ok...bloodworm and live baby brine but he's not greedy.

No signs of disease, no scratching or flicking and he looks great. Temp is 80 f and everything else is spot on.

Should i be worried ?

Unless you've had him for a while (over a week I'd say), I don't think it's anything to be concerned about yet. He's probably a little slow in adapting to his new environment is all. Not to mention the trip itself, being in a dark box for idk how long and arrive somewhere totally new must be quite shocking. So if he's eating ok, I'd say just make him comfortable for the time being and he should come around. If he doesn't, get in touch with MOdaz, [I'm sure he'll know what to do. Keep us updated. :good:
