New Lyretail Sword Ich Getting Worse

Hi,
 
I got a male and two female marigold lyretail swords three days ago.
 
They've adjusted very well. They nip my fingers whenever I put my hand in the tank, like the rest of my fish.
 
They don't get abused by other fish (anymore).
 
They are very active, and eat well.
 
But my male lyretail has a pretty bad case of ich. There are quite a lot of white spots on his tail, fins, and the latter portion of the body.
 
It's gotten worse over the few days.
 
I've always had salt in my aquarium, and my temperature is always 80 degrees. 

What else can I do to get rid of it?
 
I have Pimafix (fungal treatment) and Melafix (bacterial treatment) at home. Will they help? 
 
I'm currently treating my tank with the Pimafix.

Update:
Okay so I researched my question and answered it myself. Neither Pimafix nor Melafix are intended to deal with ich.

I also noticed most people advocate salt and an increased water temperature. Some went on saying that it's 100% effective!

So I'm increasing my temperature to 83-85 degrees, but I'm concerned about my leopard corys. They prefer no more than 79-80 degrees. Will they be okay if I raise the temperature so high?

Also, I have 4 tbsps of salt in my 20 gallon aquarium. Do I need to adjust this amount?

Hi, I thought I'd just answer this the best way I know how as I see you haven't had any help as of yet. Cory are not tolerant of salt, so advoid using it.
I do agree with the method as I have had success in the past, but with your stock it will do more harm to the cory.
So, I would still raise the temp after doing a large water change, pay attention to the bottom of the tank, clean the substrate well and then add a product called esha exit in conjunction with esha 2000. It's the only treatment treat white spot at all stages of its form.

I don't bother with melafix or primafix as a cure for anything and would normally rely on good clean crystal water.

Okay I'm going through a crisis right now.
 
I have a swordtail who I'm suspecting has fin rot, and it's getting pretty bad. I had her for 3 months, and this is the first time I'm having problems with her. I posted about her here: http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?/topic/433568-white-streak-on-tail-of-swordtail/
 
Then there's this male swordtail with ich.
 
How should I go about treating this?
