Well as some of you know i have a 54 litre tank ( forgot how many gallons although someone did tell me) with 3 small clown loach a 3 spot gorumai 1 female betta and 3 cory's.

Im getting rid of 3 spot and clown loaches to a mate with a much larger tank (although im sad to see them go they're obviuosly going to get to big for this tank and it wouldnt be fair to keep them here much longer)

Im going to restock and would like ideas heres what i will have before i add anything new.

2 x panda cory's
1x lepord cory
1x female betta

Im going to add another cory probably a lepord or hopefully an emerald if i can find one.

Please could you recommened me some fish suitable for these fish and the size of the aquarium.

Note: Im not a fan of guppies or platies ( sorry to all you fans of them)
I think i have enough fish for the bottom layres and so could you recommend mid and top.
perharps a shoal, and a solitary colourful fish?

My tank has been up 8months and all level are pretty much perfect.

Thanks luck forward to your ideas :)

i dont know how many gallons that is so i cant make acurat(sp) suggestions but how about these:

top/solitary: dwarf gourami, maybe some male swords or molies, maybe an angel if your tank is large enough

mid: neon, glo lite, black neon, tiger barbs(if tank is large enough as im finding out now), cherry barbs, white clouds(i think these stay more in the uper areas though),

My advice would be return those clown loaches u got. They need a way bigger tank then a 15g. I would recommand u to get a few neon tetra arround 5-6. They r very beautiful fish with glow light in med of their body and they feed in ur tank perfectly.

umm...she/he said they are getting rid of the clown loaches....ok if its a 15 gal how bout these:

a dwarf gourami
and 5-6 neons
and if theres room maybe 5-6 glo lites

I like tetras and they also came into my head. The most appealing option there was diffently the Tiger barbs. I know they like to be in small groups of at least 6 and i was wondering if anyone could work out if that would work in my tank. ill give the mesurements of the tank jsut incase anyone knows how to work out my limits. (LxwxH) 61x31x37 (cm) Thanks Dan

From a site i learnt that my tank can hold 61cm of fish. I used another converter to find out the measurement of my fish when they are fully grown. The three cats and betta togther added up to 24cm meaning i have another 26cm worth of fish. how many fully grown tiger barbs does this allow me to have?
