New Living Rock..id ?

hey guys/girls i got some living rock today...forgot to ask what kind it is or where it came from lol... so anyone have any ideas ? also theres some white/clear stuff on it can anyone tell me what it is ? it feels kinda soft. thanks

OT but the second picture looks like a weight, or a dog bone....

lol yeah it does look like a dog bone. that piece is the best out of the 2 already seen 2 bristle worms on it, a shrimp...i think. a bristle starfish and some sort of clam or something. only had it 1 day aswell lol
