My Kuhli's actually come out a lot, despite what I have read about them hiding all the time. ;)

I was going through some of my originals from the 6th to see differences in plant growth and stumbled across this picture. It was part of my guppy pics and I didn't even know one of my Khuli's had made it in the picture. :)

Nice fish!

I put two in my tank a couple of weeks ago and thought they had died as I never saw them even when i rearranged my tank today (moved everything and built a cave complex at one end and planted the other end with bog wood and mapani around the middle). Then this afternoon while admiring my handiwork one poked its head out of a tiny crevice in the bogwood, looked around and disapeared again.

Mine like to do circles on the side of the tank, among other strange things. :p

They actually come out more than I expected. :)

Great picture there, mine don't stay still long enough to get a descent picture!!

I have 4 black khulis which I see all the time, although when i first got them they went straight ot the filter!!

I'm just waiting to get some normal khulis aswell!

mine did as well, two of my three hid in there for five days til i finally found them. now they are out all the time. can't get them to hide. they are more active than my tetras!

cute stripey khuli though, its really nice.

Well, I currently have 2 and I'm hoping to add 3 or 4 more in the next month. These 2 were the last two that LFS had. ;)

Hi enchanted :)

My kuhlis never seemed to disappear for long either. And they were excellent eaters. All I had to do to get them up was to drop live blackworms in the tank. This surprised me because I would have thought they could eat the ones that got into the gravel. :D
