So what am i looking out for - how do i know they have spawned? i mean, they have paired up and have done the vibrator thing for a few days now.... admittadly, the male is getting a little more narky now, but the pair still go on trips around the tank?
I am getting quite excited! What am i watching for, as i cant see inside that root thing i have?

I knew when mine spawned when the female started hiding in the top of the root thing. Depending on where she decides to lay her eggs you might actually be able to see them. If they won't spawn in the top of the root try putting a flower pot in the tank upside down and expand the hole in the bottom just large enough for them to fit in to. I have heard that sometimes they like that because of the seclusion.
