New Hm Female Sick

I got 3 new HM females from Thailand about a week ago.

They were all doing fine, but today I noticed one of the new girls has a weird eye. It doesn't look entirely like popeye (it has the glaze look, but it isn't popped out) and she has like a white film looking thing around her eye and a white looking fly away bit coming out of it.

She seemed to have gotten into a bit of a fight as her tail is a little torn, so I have put her in a treated container (I am moving house today and it's all I have available atm) I've put some Melafix and Water Conditioner (for the salt factor)

Is there anything else I could do, or is what I've done totally WRONG!

Does the eye look cloudy.
Cloudy eye is a symtom of a desease not a desease in its own right.
Causes.
Bad water quality.
Stress.
Old age.
Poor diet.
Parasites to bacterial.

The fly on the eye don't quite know what you mean, is it alive.
Is it possible to remove it.
You wrap the fish in a cloth soaked in tank water.
Steralise some tweezers and remove the objects.
Might need someone to hold the fish down.
If its a parasite don't remove it till we find out what it is.

i think they mean theres a fly-away bit of skin hanging from the eye (as in a peeled off bit), not an actual fly

eye problems can often be traced back to bad water quality, what are your tank stats?
