My wetdry filter don't clean poop idk what to do and my amonia is never at 0 always 0.25 I have 3 peacock eels and 5 sunburst any ideas

Weekly water changes of 50%. Since you have ammonia, you need to get it down to 0. Do 75% water change daily until it reads 0. Test daily until you are at 0. Then do the weekly 50%.
Add prime to the new water that you're putting back in the tank. Make sure it's the same temp. If you do this, you should be able to get the ammonia down. Don't overfeed. In fact don't feed your fish for a couple of days. Also, do a good gravel vac each week too.

how long has your tank been up and running with fish?

also, something to think about. your filter is really there to biologically clean the water, the "poop" isnt going to be sucked up most of the time. this is why u do water changes and you use a gravel vac to suck up the waste.

I'm guessing you haven't cycled your tank then?

What are your test readings?
How big is the tank?
What is your maintenance routine?

How long has the tank been up and running?

Tanks 55 gallons I had it up fr a month with fish and put water in it for the firsttime 2 months ago I change a galon of water out everyday I siphon out the poo with a air hose
