New Guppies

hiya everyone. I have just go myself some Guppies and since i have put them in the tank they have only swam on the top of the water ....not venturing from the surfice...is this normal for new fish..?? they seem healthy etc they are in with neons and some plecs thats all realy.

I think guppies generally swim at the top of the tank anyway.

I find that all my livebearers prefer hanging at the top of the tank (weirdos) i think they all want the prime spot for feeding time!!!
