New Gravel

afternoon all i was just curious how you clean new gravel , or should i say what do you put gravel in to wash it thro ? cheers all

For gravel a colander will do boil the kettle and just put it over the sink and pour it over just keep shaking the colander as you go

I used buckets to hold the gravel in and blasted it with the shower swishing it round. Empty the mucky water and repeat untill water stays clear

You can also get gravel suckers that remove bits of waste food and poop on the surface of the gravel and under it to about 2cm.
