new fry!

my sunset variatus platy just gave birth to 12 new ones.. after she gave birth, i saw her eating one of them so i transfered her to a plastic breeding tank thinking that it would produce more babies. when i saw it, i found a new fry and this sphere something.... i really don't know what it's called.. are fishes like human that let go of their thingy when giving birth?

Blue keep the momma away from the fry until they are big enough to go back in the tank. Or get a breeding net eaither couse I can't tell you what to do just use this information for help.
