oohh nice!! be carefull what you put them in with sometimes they arent as aggresive as they are supposed to be, wut size tank do u have them in? what are there inhabitants? theyre nice looking severums too, i like green ones better than golds

thery are temp. in a 33gal. with 1 oscar,1pleco and 1 sunfish, getting a bigger tank soon

my oscar is still small, it's about 5inces or so. here's a pic of my oscar (being grouchy as usual)

id keep a close eye on the sevs, they usually arent very aggresive when it comes to living with oscarsa... my three inch oscar is da boss of my 3 inch sev.... but i think they look nice together lol...

suprisingly my oscar has been very nice towards them. my sunfish on the other hand, i think i might have to move him soon, he won't let my severums swim he watches them all the time, chasing them around. i'll wait a few more days then decide what to do

would my sunfish be o.k with other types of fish (not cichlids) i was thinking i could put it in my comunity tank, it contains 1 large shrk, 2 silver dollars, 1 gouramie, 4 tetras, 2 zebras, 4 platies, 2 corys, 1 striped raphael, 1 large pleco, 1 killie fhish?
my sunfish is about 3.5-4inches my comunitie tank is 55 gal.

The sevs look great, but most sunny's should be kept at a cooler (65-70) temperature than tropicals

where i live the water in the lake goes well over 85degrees in summer and during winter water frezzes, i don't think 73 degees will bother him, it's about the same as when i took it home, i'll try it and if it shows signs of stress, i'll put it back with my oscar i guess

73 isn't bad, I thought he was in a constant 80
