Today I went to the LFS to buy a new filter. And my husband Alan came too. There was a new shipment of bettas, and one of them really caught his eye.... this one

He decided that he would buy him as 'his' betta which I said I had room for. And then he saw this lil fella hiding at the bottom of the wall of tanks....

And we couldn't leave him behind! So Loki is back in the small quarantine tank... and these two fellas are in the divided 2 ft. The red one is in Loki's pad, and the other one has twice the room, but has to stay out of the way of the filter. I bought a new filter today but it is too noisy, gotta mess with it and see what I can do.... When these two have quarantined in the 2ft for 2 weeks, i will get another divider and divide the tank into 3, and move Loki back in!

Thanks Netty! Alan seems to think that one is special... didn't have the heart to tell him i see millions of doubletails
I think the other one might turn crowntail? See how the ends of his fins are? I am pretty sure it is not from nibbling...

I quite like Bruce but Alan said piss off! lol. Can't have an Oberon, Frollickyfish just recently got an Oberon!
