New Fish

That looks like one healthy puffer....your LFS must look after him well!! Puffers are awesome!! What tank is he in??

yes my LFS took great care of him he was in a brackish 40g long tank set up on its own so not connected to a system of tanks or anything, just like as if he was kept in a home aquarium, with 2 other figure 8s, 3 sailfin mollies, and a couple monos feed brine shrimp, he's very healthy. At the moment he is in a 10g brackish tank on his own. I hope by the end of the summer to have gotten a new tank for my community fish and then he'll be moved to a 20g and I'll probably get him some bumble bee goby friends.

Lovely fish MXPX4318!!

Mine is one of my favourite fish. He looks small, how big is he? Mine is about three inches long and has four bumblebee gobies as tank mates, which he has left alone so far, but I am keeping a close eye on it.

In my experience, some puffers can be kept with bbg as long as their is enough room (so every one has their own space ) and the puffer is well feed.

Mine did not like anything in HIS tank and ate the everything but the heads with anything I put in their. Crabby little bugger......

Anyways, he looks like a cutie and I bet has a lot of character in him

I'm bad at the fish size thing but I'd say he's about 2" or so right now, definetly more then an inch and less the 2.5" and about 1" in diameter (if he was a cylinder that is). well the tank is all his until I get a bigger one then maybe some BBGs will come in to join him.
