New Fish Question

i just purchased a tri colored female platy who is pregnant she is so fat! anyhow. i noticed her left fin is totally not there, is this normal for these types of platy's?? i've seen pics on the net without the fin as well, so i just want to make sure. and here she is she is pregnant what do you think

Sorry i cant tell, itis way to blurry. Try using the camera in nigthtime mode. they work way better.

She does look around 2-3 week's pregnant.

in a week or 2 she will drop? that is amazing i can't wait!
she isn't eating much she doesn't come out when the lights are on,
and she zooms by fast lol. i guess these are typical symptoms my other prego fish did the same more or less, but she wasn't even close to this size haha.

yes she was huge!
it was strange i was watching my cardinals swiming about when i seen somthing on the gravil jump. next thing i know i see a fry LMAO!

i took mamma out placed her in the breeder and within 20 minutes she dropd 35 fry.
i had to put her back with the rest of the fish cus she was getting stressed out int he breeder, very bad!

all is well anyhow

i just found another 3 fry this morning swiming on the gravel, there were another one but he jumped away hehe.

how long does it take mom to recover after droping. because she is always hideing and not eating. the only time she comes out is when the lights are out. i also noticed other platy's in there poke at her, particular the other female. thanks.
