New Fish Adventure

Hi, my name is Rachael, for our little boys 1st birthday we want to buy a tropical tank with gorgeous tropical fish, such as Mollys, Guppys, Tetras and some of the sucker ones and a couple of dwarf frogs. Jack LOVES watching fish, we go to aquariums a lot and his little face lights up, that is something we want to see everyday.
So really, any advise would be appriciated.

Hi, firstly make sure you read up about cycling the tank to make sure you don't disappoint Jack with dead fish.

Most of the fish you have suggested are compatible, however please be aware that with guppys you need 2 females for each male or only one sex, and make sure that you don't get a chinese algea eater as it will cause massive problems when it is older.
