New Fertilizer

I bought this plant fertilizer from hagen, and it says i put one capful per 10 gal... but how often do i do this? once a month? it does not say on the bottle.

Add this with every water change.

ok thanks,... so that will be once a month i guess, im gonna try to make my water changes every 2 weeks and take less water out... so it will be a smoother water change.
