New Face In The Tank

found this some time ago, renovating someones garden,
its quit big, and heavy, 11"x9"x3" 6kg i was wondering what i needed to do to make it ok to go into my tank? its sandstone, there is some compo on the back but thats easy to sort. what do you guys think?

Well how big is your tank? hehe

mmm take a hard brush and a housepipe and clean the rock.Then poor bouling water all over it.Let it soak in normal water for 2 3 days.test the water and check for problems.

Just remeber that sandstone is extemely porous, so if it was ever exposed to chemicals there's a good chance you won't be able to remove it all, and it'll leech into the tank over time.
