Hi, I have been using Tropica Nutrition + for my 25 G (us) planted aquarium for 3 months now with great results.

I have recently started double doing as the plants were looking a bit weedy and certainly the effect has been worth while as growth has exploded. However, the Tropica is a dark green soloution Green and by the 3rd day after a 40% water change the water takes on a green tinge from it.

I'd like to try something which won't make the water colour become tainted, can anyone make a suggestion of an easy way to get all the right goodies into the water without tainting the colour or meaning I have to mess about measuring out a variety of different powders etc as I don't have time to do any more than I am already doing what with work, baby, dog, house, wife and small dwindling social life

By not using Tropica Plant Nutrition+

I use the normal TPN (not plus) as Micros trace and also dose KNO3, KH2PO4 and K2SO4 on Macro Days.

TPN is brown. Never bought the plus version so I take your word for it if you say it is green.

My water is very very clear.
