New Camera 4 Xmas So New Pics Of Tank

Are those Rosy Tetra's or Flame Tetra's, i have Rosy's at the moment but have alsol had Flame in the past, lovely fish, very playful with each other.

Did you make the pics smaller for posting? That's probably the reason why they don't look like 8.2. Resizing and compressing pics really make them lose a lot of quality.

Unless you use a program like PaintShop Pro.

you could try playing around with the cam settings for a better picture. there's a pinned thread on that somewhere

Is it a Digital SLR? If so it looks like your running a very high ISO (you want between 200-500) and it might also be the auto focus not set correctly.

Best bet is take loads of pictures of the same thing and compaire settings.

Not bad shots, I just got a new 6.0MP cam for christmas Hows the telephoto on it? Try close up shots to see the true definition of the 8.2MPs, aswell, ensure that the card you have (SD or compact flash) are the right speed to match the camera. I assume that with an 8.2mp cam it'll be a quick shot like mine is, so you should have an equally fast card inorder to best capture the images.

they are rosy tetras there great! never had flame tetras

i havnt changed the original photos just uploaded from cam to photobucket

dont no if its a digital slr or not i will check the iso i will try and experiment with the settings abit. the camera is a kodak easyshare m853 every heard of it??

wot is a telephoto? i have just got a cheap 512mb card from argos.

yes the ruby shark seems to spend alot of time under there, i have never seen a ornament the same yet, it came with the tank wen i brought it wud never get rid of it

If you have only put the battery in and taken pictures you'll find your not taking 8 mp piccies.

You'll need to play with the options and select a higher quality of picture, remember this will effect the amount of shots you can take. If you have a 2gb SD card it'll allow around 400 pics, maybe less.
