New Brochis

I finally got my 5 new Brochis Splendens yesterday

My next mission is to get some Brochis Britskii, I have been told by a friend that she may be able to get me some in the next couple of months .

I have 2 of those. I think they're nocturnal.You probably should have got some green corys.

Mine are not nocturnal, I already have 3 and will be getting the last 2 from the lad I got these off tomorrow.

The 3 I already own are active all the time and so are the 5 new ones, eventually all 10 will go into my 70 gallon along with a few small discus.

I was just stating cold hard facts! They are nocturnal and lazier then cories.

I have 2 in my 150 and i see them all the time. Don't see them here in Canada that often or i would have a way bigger school. Very pretty bottom fish.Congrats on your new fish.

Thanks guys, I went to get the last 2 that the lad had on Monday so there are now 7 in the Q tank and I can honestly say I have never seen Brochis so active, they are constantly snuffling in the gravel and I think they would happily scoff bloodworm or granules all day long.

I am not saying this to have a go at you Tetraman in any way, you have have passed on your personal experiance as have I .

I took this video of them this morning its not brilliant but shows how active they are and they are like this all day
