Here are my two new betta boys, The Duke and The Dishrag.

They both have 2 African Dwarf frogs each for company, but The Dishrag gets on with them best.

Here they are getting ready for a night on the town:

Gosh what stunning babies you have there, NOT JEALOUS NOT JEALOUS NOT NOT NOT JEALOUS! :D

Thanks, I do love them. I didn't realise Dishrag had golden eyes until I took photos. My girls are fascinating too, but are somewhat more camera shy.

Thanks. He is halfmoon, but is nowhere near as feisty as the crowntail, who looks like his gills could explode when he sees him! Therefore I haven't caught The Duke flaring yet, just taunting the other into a rage.

Granted I haven't researched bettas much at all and I'm only used to the poor lfs bettas, but I've never even seen a picture of a yellow one like this one before! Absolutely beautiful!! Thanks for sharing him with us!

Thanks, but he's actually white (as in the sig.) - that pic's just turned out very yellow and their water is tea coloured because of almond leaves and bogwood. I hope you're not disappointed!

They are lovely.. The white betta is stunning.. I would love to get a few dwarf frogs like yours but cant find them anywhere.. x

Thanks very much! I had to go to Bolton for my ADF's, but it was worth it. They're hilarious - this is Mikhail Baryshnifrog:

and excellent bettamates. I'm hoping they'll call to each other, :shout: but they're too small to sex at the mo.

I've hopefully made their tank escape-proof - they can squeeze through the divider between the fish and I think that satisfies their escape urge for the time being!

They're all around 1 3/4 inches when dancing (see pic)- they're grown quite a bit in the last couple of weeks and will hopefully get a little bigger as they're only a few months old.

Sorry - last frog pic in this forum!

 They dancing for their food.. Does your bettas not bother with them?

They are greedy critters! Eating and dancing is what they do best, and the occasional cuddle-puddle! I think because they are so different from each other they're only mildly curious. They're just about the only thing that's safe with a betta boy. I love the contrast between them.
