When performing a water change on Sunday I found one of my guppy fish had come out with one of the decor I pulled out. It was just laying on the table. I quicly scooped it up and put back in the aquaruim. It stay floating on the top of the watert breathing heavy while I finished the water change. I had another 3 gallon all ready for fish, just needed to do a cleanup and water change on it so I did that right after I finished the larger tank. I left the guppy in the main tank overnight to see if it would recover but it was still floating on top breathing heavy so I went ahead and moved it to the 3 gallon tank. Well, this morning I'm greeted by at least 20 guppy fry. Not sure exact numbers atm. The mother guppy is still at top of water not breathing as heavy but still moving a bit.

A pregnant female can breath heavily when she's almost due. That's normal. Hopefully, you can raise those fry to adults. Good luck!👍
