New Bettawith Photos!

I just made my husband do a little detour this morning...quick sneak in petsathome..rubbish as usual. Then I shot in this fish place I only discovered a few months ago I got 2 lovely cts from them a while back. I was quite disappointed only one blue vt..and a few girls. Couldn't really see in the girls tank too high...the chap asked if I was OK I said yes just wanted a betta colour I hadn't got. He looked in all the tanks but couldn't find any more. I said you got some lovely betta girls but they are very stressed. He said well one keeps chasing the others. Where? I said. Jumping on the spot to try to get a better look.(tanks high me small!) He laughed and waved his hands at the betta girls. I will have that one I shouted. He said certainly, do you think it is a male as well?

According to the chap they are very young..I will post a photo later..very pretty pink body dark fins bit like my cambodian which came from the same shop...

I don't think so, in veils the very outer edges of the tail curve inward, a delta would have straight edges or edges that curved out slightly. This boy has edges that curve inward. But all you can do is wait and see, lol. Once his tail grows out more you'll be able to tell

yeah you might be right, its hard to tell when they are younger.
