New Betta

I bought a new male yesterday (he's orange) and once he was let loose in his tank he went looking for food; tried to eat a bit of floating leaf so I tried him with flakes and he wolfed them down - normally the bettas I get don't like flakes or in fact looking for food lol. Then this morning (12 hours after I got him) there is a little bubble nest up one side of the tank . He seems quite nosey and interested - my other 2 males wheN I first got them were really shy

Paddy took a few days to name...

My mam suggested Bertie for him yesterady but I'm not convinced.

He's built a large bubble nest and has had no troubles eating AND he chases the food around the tank Unlike anyone else I've ever had (but then I do normally get the 'special' ones.

Benji *sniggers* is a right special case he gets too excited at dinner time and forgets to eat...He kinda sleeps part way between the vertical and horizontal kinda sprawled over the tank and it looks like he snores (I got a lovely phone call whilst on holiday telling me 'Benji snores').
