The tank I have is 140 litres in size, filtered from the top. I currently have 6 neon tetra, 6 zebras, 2 angel fish, 1 silver shark and 1 red tailed black shark.

Currently feeding them flakes and frozen blood worms twice a week, but has anyone got advice on the best food to give them and how often. Silver shark does not appear to go to the top of the tank to feed.

All input would be appreciated.

I hate to say it, but I believe both of the sharks get too big for your tank.

You could try frozen foods - available at your LFS - its kept in a freezer. Break a small piece off, defrost it in some tank water and our in. It sinks fairly quickly, but you should have a feeding frenzy! Ive also heard that tubifex once "soggy" will start to sink.
