i currently have 2 angels and i was thinking about getting another 2
would the 2 i allready have bully the newcomers or would they be accepted ?
cheers

i would think they might accept them.

One way i hear to solve this is to take your two old ones out, put your new ones in so they can get used to their new home. Then put your old ones back. Since the new ones go in first, they probably are still stressed and when you put the old ones back, they might not bully them or claim territory.

Try and get them around the same size, and if you
don't have the extra tank as needed for above, rearrange the
decor to break up already established terrortries :good:

i dont have another tank that i could put the old ones in so would i be able to do this :-
put the 2 old ones in a bag then take the bag out and rearrange the tank then add the 2 new ones and 2 old ones at the same time? that way it is unfamilar to the old ones and to the new ones aswell.
thanks

i will also try to get 2 of the same size or near the same

oh and also
could they be of a different colour ?
i dont think it would really matter but its better to be safe

Angels are no way as aggressive as some cichlids.I think you would probably be ok if you were to buy simialer sized ones :good: I havn't kept angels in a long time though

ok
i will get some different coloured ones and just do the rearranging of the decor in the tank to see how it goes
thanks for the help guys

They should be fine. I put small guys in with my bigger ones and all went well, only had one die on me last week on a totally unrelated problem (internal parasite)
