Hi, I got a new angel today and my angel thats already in the tank is really giving it some hassle. I guess it's a territory thing, i can't really find anything that says introducing a new angel to the tank when others are present will cause problems.

Am i going to have major issues or will they settle.

Thanks.

I say move everything around, and sepertae the original one, for a few hours so the new one can set up a new territory. What size is the tank?

The tank is roughly 300l. My older angel stays a the front of the tank, and the new one loves the filter outlet, so they are alright when they stay away from each other, but when the new one moves anywhere else in the tank, all hell breaks lose.

although i would second the changing of deco, plants and all, i disagree with the seperation. the aggression would pick up again once they see each other.

i believe adding more angels would spread out the aggression amongst other angels

thanks for the advice. Much appreciated. I've just got in from work and it seems they have settled a little. Will keep an eye on them. I'll try and get some pics but i've never been able to get a great shot of my angels.

Cheers
