Poor thing, all the other fish are biting her. I have other extremely aggressive fish I'm rehoming ASAP, but they have never hurt any other fish. The fish are=honey gouramis, (my biggest problem, they are the first ones I'll rehome, never even touched my gupies), one tiger barb, (he used to chase my corys, but after a day or two he stopped, will rehome him, or get a new tank and keep him n a group.) They are all hurting her. My only other option is to put her in with one of my bettas, but I don't think they'll be too happy.
Put her in a breeder as a last resort. Or do you have a large net? Put her in it so the others dont bother her. I will post a better pic of my platy later. My platy is even better looking than my kribs!!!!! She is fire red with a tangerine orange tail.
I'm guessing my lfs might take her back. They take dead fish back, so they might take live ones back too. I don't have a breeder net yet. My lfs only sells breeder traps but I don't have one of those either. I have a betta who has never flared at my other one very often. I might put her there until I figure out a better place for her.
Great news! The fish aren't biting her anymore. She was hiding in a cave-wouldn't come out. I took the cave out, she swam up. The other fish looked puzzled but they left her alone. Now she's swimming around happily. alhtough I'll have to get her a couple more friends, she's looking at her reflection and wriggling around," following" it.
