New 60Litre

Ok so at work today one of our regular customers hapend to mention that he had a 60litre Jewel tank going for £10 so i obviousely instantly said i'd take it off his hands as i've been looking for a cheap tank of around that size for a good while he will be brining it to the shop next sunday.
Now my problem is i have alot of options which are increased by working in an aquatics shop

i had the idea of breeding dwarf cockatoo cichlids in it and selling them at work as round here they are like gold dust to come across with maybe a few neons to make things look prettier. Or i could make it something else what i want to know is what you would do with it

I don't know a lot about whether the tank is big enough for them etc but it sounds like a good idea if they're in demand. You'll make money and peope will thank you for it!

i know the tank is big enough it's just wether to go ahead with it haha alot of options for a 60litre more than most think

I think its a great idea. Beautiful fish they are. I think a 60Litre would be fine for them, just as long as you keep them in the right numbers.

I hear they require a good mature setup, but working in an aquatics shop, im sure you will have access to media etc

You could even throw some Blue Germans in for good measure

dont know about breeding them how about breeding yellow convicts Cryptoheros nanoluteus i cant find any anywhere or a breeder that breeds them seeing your in the game any ideas ?

Yellow cons are abundant here in yorkshire, terrible things to try and sell too as poeple are wary of their tempermant had one myself until i traded him for a traditional black and grey female who is very sweet.

As far as the tank goes any other ideas?

how about summit totally different how bout a 6ol shrimp tank with a1 shrimps planted up with rare mosses its different . could you pm a contact number or email of someone that would do mail order on yellow convicts in yorkshire .

haha hmmm i don't know any suppliers down that end and my shop wont ship them down that far, not for cons anyway for a larger pricier fish maybe but not a £4 con lol. Sorry
