Hi, I recently bought a 60 litre tank, I wondered how many angel fish I could fit :p and if I could fit a few cat fish in.

Also, regal tang fish how big do they grow and would any fit in my tank. (the ones that look like dorie from finding nemo)

Zero as they are marine...

I wouldn't recommend any angelfish in 60 litres, it's just not big enough. As for catfish, you might get away with a bristlenose, but something like khuli loaches or otocinclus would be better.

I wish you had researched the fish you wanted before buying your tank. Unfortunately I don't think your tank is big enough for any angels. I think (although I admit I am not experienced with angels) they need a 20G tall tank at a minimum (you have 15G). The height is particularly important for angels.

The regal tang fish (that's a blue tang right?) gets to about a foot, requires a 70G tank minimum and is a marine fish, so would not survive in a freshwater tank. And keeping a marine tank isn't for beginners.

for the good news: catfish - there are some small cories that would be happy in a 15 G.

I think you need to go away and research some small, freshwater fish. Also, if you haven't already, research cycling. It is vital for your new fish to be happy and healthy and there's lots of info on it here

lol ok ty, the blue tang thing was just general ignorance, I saw nemo and thought that they were quite small hehe. Oh well its only my first tank, spose its better me gettin crappier fish at first then get a bigger tank after a while ect...

There's lots of beautiful fish out there that are small enough (and undemanding) for your tank. Maybe you should spend some time at the fish shop looking at the smaller fish available, then come back and research the ones that take your eye to see if they are suitable. this link gives suggestions for a ten gallon tank. Yours is bigger so you have more options than this, but it may be a good starting point.
