New 50L Tank

I have recently bought a 2nd tank. Its a square tank, holding 50L. I have cycled the tank for a week and am now looking towards stocking the tank.

Any possible fish combination suggestions?

First, what sort of readings have you got for your water? Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite etc.
What you might want to do first is get half a dozen danios as these act as 'tester' fish, to make sure the water is fine. Danios can take a wide range of temperatures, and are quite hardy fish which is why they are good for this.
If they survive a week you could get some more fish. Make sure they are all compatable. For example most mollies, platies, guppies, tetras and danios will all live together happily as long as you don't have fin nipppers with long finned danios, for example.
After around 6-8 weeks you could get a bottom feeder such as cories or a bristlenose, as they are great for algae and excess food.

if you have 2 tanks take some of the filter media form the 1st one and put it in the filter of the 2nd. Wait at least two weeks(whilst adding ammonia/fish food) and then your new tank should be good enough to stock with anything.

Water tests for ammonia, pH and nitrates all fine.

Okay that sounds good.

Would a 50L tank be large enough for a Siamese fighting fish? Which fish are compatible with these?
