new 20 gal

hey every, i have a 20 gallon tank, that is empty right now, and i have a gourami, in a 2 1/2 gallon. im going to add the gourami into the 20 gallon along with some other fish, i just need to no what my options are for what fish i can add to a 20 gallon fresh water tank with one gourami in it, thanks
