I've just transferred my fish to a 180 ltr tank from a 55 ltr tank. They are 1 dwarf gourami 6 rummynose tetra 6 cardinal tetra and 3 amano shrimp. I'm looking to stock with more fish and i thought of doing this......slowly what do you think?

The 2 extra gourami would both be female!

So you've got some fish in the top and middle/lower-middle section of the tank already.
I'd personally introduce a small group of bottom dwellers, more specifically Corydoras.
you'll want 6+ to keep them happy (the more the better) they require a sandy bottom tank to protect their barbels from becoming damaged.

There are hundreds of species of Corydoras to choose from, my personal favourites are Duplicareus, Weitzmani and Gold Lazer. Most have somewhat similar care requirements, but good research before purchase is the way to go.

All the best,
James.

Cheers mate I was planing on 8 panda corys do you reckon they would fit in?
