Never Seen Before!

Ok guys just i was turning my light off tonite i found this little guy lieing on top of the water.
Any ideas as to what he is!?? The only coupled pair of fish i have had are 2 sets of clowns originally (1 black and white pair and 1 orange and white pair) also after the whitespot epidemic and losing everything i bought 2 humbug damsels which are still going!
Any ideas??

I think it's a fish to but I'm not to sure? don't they live in water??

Certainly looks like a fish. Could it have come as a hitchhiker on LR? I know its hapened before. How long have you had your tank set-up?
