For those who have goggled at the sheer number of bettas I have...you'd pass out in shock if you found out how many tanks my husband out numbers me by.
This week I showed my husband how to test his water because I'm tired of doing it for him. Today, he found out why I insist on using a PH buffer in all the tanks. Our PH from the tap bounces from as low as 4.0 to as high as 8.0. This in itself is not worthy of discussion, but I thought I'd share two of his comments since a couple of them made me
"Oh my GOD...I'm using this water in my juice." (After testing water from the tap.)
"4.0?? I'm bathing in this. I shouldn't have to shave. It should just melt off!"
Who knew test kits could be so entertaining.
