Well there all relatively easy to keep however neons are generally more delicate and cardinals are harder...

They are completely different species, except for the fact that they are both tetras. In my experience, black neons are tough as old boots - I am frankly amazed that anyone should think cardinals are tougher!

ahhh sorry i voted neon BUT WAS REFUSED THEM WHEN I WANTED TO BUY
sorry for caps but want it to stick out my tank is now matured dun all tests i can and well they all show that its fine BUT i had it going 4 weeks
and i used speed up by interpet to start the bacteria needed plus was going 2 weeks think no fish

and i told the dude in the shop maiden head aquatics 4 weeks said sorry cant sell them to you untill your tank is atleast 6 weeks and the same for plec refused to sell me 1 said come back in a week well see how its going

so not neons deffo m oho
