Neons With Bloated Bellys!?

Hi

ive got 6 neon tetras and 2 of them seem to have bloated bellys what is this? and how do I sort it? there not preggy are they lol?

are their bellys actually bloated all the way around or do they look like they have a large bump and how long have you had them.

Right need size of tank, how many fish and which type, water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, what do you feed the fish, can the fish maintain it's balance in the water, and do they still have the vibrant red stripe.
