Neons At Night, Is This Normal?

My neons seem to be 'standing on their heads' (mid tank, not on the sand) at night when the light is out. I've not noticed this before so not sure when it started. All nine do it & will start to swim normally if the light is switched on.

Is this normal?

they do noramally do this when "sleeping" obviously turning the lights on "wakes" them up so they go back to normal

mines tend to swim slightly on there side so do the harlequins lol

All I've noticed in my neons at night when sleeping is that they loose there colour, but never new they tend to sleep like that.
