Hello my neon is swimming funny, he looks like he is trying to swim to the top of the tank but cant, he's trying to swim sort of vertically but looks as if he keeps sinking back down...what is wrong with him?
It is most likely swim bladder disease (or just problems thereabout), like you suspected. I tried giving you as much information as I had in your other post.
