Neon Tetra

One of my neon tetras mouth is covered in white fuzzy stuff and he is begining to dart.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

White cotton wool on mouth can be columnaris.
Need to look at your water stats to see if that causing the darting.

Ph:7.5
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:2 (doing water change tomoz)

I got 5 neon tetra and 2 honey gouramis.
Tank is 50 litres (10 gal i think lol)

and by the way his mouth is so covered in this stuff he can't even close and is getting skinny cause he cant eat. Thanks
