Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph. White cotton wool on mouth can be columnaris. Need to look at your water stats to see if that causing the darting.

Tank is 50 litres (10 gal i think lol) and by the way his mouth is so covered in this stuff he can't even close and is getting skinny cause he cant eat. Thanks
