The pH of my tank is sat at 7.6, at the momment I just have neon tetra, should I lower it or just leave it as I have been told that they need about 6-6.5
I have a slighhtly alkaline water (7.2) and my neons are fine. Neons are mostly breed in captivity with normal tap water so are apparently not too bothered by not having slightly acidic water. I've seen various posts stating that they'll be happier with a stable acidity rather than trying to adjust it.
