I have noticed over the past month or two my neon tetras have nipped fins and tails. I at first thought it was fin rot however no other fish in my tank have it. I have noticed them 'chasing' each other as well. It's not really all over the tank more in a circle, one with rush at the other to nip, then the other will do it back so they are going in a circle. I'm thinking this is wierd  Two also have a white fungus on their nose (not in the mouth, above the mouth under the eye). This hasn't spread to other fish either. What can I do to fix this?

How many neons do you have? Many, many tetra species are nippy if in not large enough shoals.

Make sure your water is in tip top condition and that alone might clear it up, if not treat with an anti fungal medicine.

I had 15 and they were still nipping. I now have 9 (thought I had 10 but one must've died without me noticing or ones hiding when I count). All water stats are good. They are only in a 60L now but were about to get shifted into my 200L before I noticed the fungus. I don't want to shift even the remaining corys into the 200L incase they take the disease with (they are not showing signs).
