Neon Tetra Dying

Neon Tetra, water quality
Hi all, havent had a post for a while and I shouldn't have had to if it wasnt for this mornings catastrophe!! One of my 2 week old, poor little Neon Tetras have died and I have no idea why. Has nayone got any ideas?? Was it: Food, (although i didnt give to less or to much and was told that i was giving the right amounts Water quality Water lighting or Water Heating or was it something else? Ta,

Need more info i'm afraid.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Did the neon red stripe look bleached out.
Any symtoms to go on.

How many neons did you have? Also what are you water parameters, tank mates, tank dimensions.
